This year, Plants & Flowers Foundation Holland will once again be participating in the Trade Fair Aalsmeer (TFA). As part of our programme, we are hosting the inspiring Ladies’ Circle Breakfast, a networking event that aims to celebrate and connect women in the sector.
Empowerment, connection and inspiration
The Ladies’ Circle Breakfast offers the perfect opportunity to strengthen connections and get inspired. Our participation in the Trade Fair Aalsmeer, and more specifically this breakfast, is a great example of ways we are contributing to the growth of female leadership within horticulture and fostering a more inclusive sector.
Ladies’ Circle: supporting female leadership in horticulture
The Ladies’ Circle is a unique network of female professionals in the horticultural sector who inspire and motivate each other. This initiative aims to encourage female leadership and create a more inclusive sector. By bringing together network members during a social breakfast, we can create opportunities to share experiences and ideas, as well as to make new connections.
Special guest speaker: Marieke van de Berg from Nijverveld
The guest speaker for the event is Marieke van de Berg, founder and owner of the Nijverveld staffing and recruitment agency. Marieke started her agency in 2019, driven by the belief that the quality of the staffing and recruitment services offered by staffing agencies left much to be desired. She is committed to prioritising employee well-being in order to increase employee happiness.
